Prevention

I notice the categories for this page include "Fire Prevention" and "Wildfire Prevention". I'm not sure that this page should fall under those categories. The Spread Component is a science based measure used to determine the spread of a fire, this can also include Prescribed Fires. Just wondering what others thoughts are?
