The Korea Entertainment Management Association (KEMA) has ruled in favor of former K-pop girl group Loona member Chuu regarding allegations by her former agency that she tampered with her exclusive contract in order to transfer to another agency. Last December, BlockBerry Creative filed a petition with KEMA and the Korea Entertainment Producers' Association (KEPA) to ban Chuu from working in the Korean entertainment industry. 139.47.41.130 (talk) 02:43, 23 April 2023 (UTC)

- BlockBerry could not "declare" considering they have much more headaches. 애프터스쿨 never was declared over. As far of Modhaus they did already announced an exclusive contract. Could those undeclared LOONA memebers still be considered members of LOONA once they got a new contract and their new agency refers on its statement as "former Loona members"?
