Estimated number of pages affected: 13,028 pages per Category:Track listings that use the collapsed parameter

Function details: As requested at special:permalink/1150388277#Request for a bot to clear out Category:Track listings that use the collapsed parameter, the task is supposed to remove the deprecated parameter "collapsed". I have made five edits with my AWB account, and there doesn't seem to be any issue. 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5. —usernamekiran (talk) 04:22, 18 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Discussion
[edit]- @Usernamekiran: (nitpick) could you release the source of your custom module under a permissive license? Thanks! EpicPupper (talk) 02:46, 19 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
- @EpicPupper: the source code is at WP:AWB/CM#Remove a parameter from a template. The only change I made is to add all the redirects/aliases or the template on the same line. I can post the source code in my userspace if you'd like. —usernamekiran (talk) 05:42, 19 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
- I tested the module with my alt account, in the 50 test edits there were no issues at all. The code available at WP:AWB/CM is perfect, the only change I made to that code was addition of redirects to the template. —usernamekiran (talk) 14:51, 19 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
- +200 edits, no issues. —usernamekiran (talk) 17:22, 19 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
- {{BAG assistance needed}} I used the module to edit around 2,500 articles, and did not see any issues so far. —usernamekiran (talk) 12:06, 26 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
