Bicton is a civil parish in the East Devon district of Devon, England, near the town of Budleigh Salterton. According to the 2001 census it had a population of 280. The parish includes the village of Yettington.

Bicton formed part of the Devon estates of the Rolle family, and they built a large country house with extensive ornamental gardens. John Rolle, 1st Baron Rolle died in 1842 in Bicton House at the age of 86.

Bicton Obelisk on the edge of the park was built in 1730 as a visual attraction for the gardens.

The mansion house was sold to Devon County Council and is now Bicton College. Clinton Devon Estates, the successor to the Rolle family, manages the remaining estate as a botanic garden, Bicton Park, and an equestrian venue, Bicton Arena.
