Frank E. Coggin[1] (October 2, 1927 – March 10, 2016) was an American politician. He served as a Democratic member of the Georgia State Senate.[2]
Life and career
Coggin was born in Coweta County, Georgia. He attended Woodrow Wilson Law School.[2]
Coggin served in the Georgia State Senate from 1963 to 1974 and again from 1983 to 1984.[2]
Coggin was a city attorney.[3]
Coggin died in March 2016,[4] at the age of 88.
