Speedy redirect is a special type of early closure applicable to miscellany for deletion discussions regarding drafts that meet certain conditions. Namely, the page should not obviously meet any of the criteria for speedy deletion and must be an exact match of a topic already covered within the mainspace. It may also be appropriate to speedily redirect a particularly poorly developed draft to a matching well developed section of an article. The same applies to a draft containing content that has already been merged into the mainspace. Drafts should not be speedily redirected to an article currently undergoing a deletion discussion of its own. If those conditions are met the nominated page may be speedily redirected and the discussion may be speedily closed.
