Suspected sockpuppets

Evidence initially raised by an IP editor at this AfD: [1]

AfD'd article, List of left-wing terrorist attacks, appears to have originated in this list ([2]) by Empanada Mixta, currently blocked for nothere. An unblock request was declined, CU identified EM as a sock of RicardoMontano2323.

Other edits fit the same pattern, eg [3], according to the IP editor in the AfD. I'm not sure what they mean by this, since the other two accounts have not edited that article. asilvering (talk) 16:31, 30 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for opening an investigation. I can further describe what I meant with my comment. According to the noticeboard thread one focus of the banned accounts was Francoism (with a pro-Francoism direction, see [4]), the given example fits that. The game with the categories continued too (adding anti-capitalism to the Aryan Nations and the Cambodian genocide, might be true, but should be checked if really in the source). A tactic of the banned accounts was already to add left-wing categories like anti-capitalism to negatively associated articles and fascist movements ([5] [6], the trick was seemingly to label step by step fascists as leftists and then delete the fascism category from newer fascist organisations since they not fit the category anymore, see the noticeboard). I think these other edits alone may just be coincidence, but him also continuing his table made things clear. --2A02:810B:10A0:634:7D8F:E8FA:1C3B:A4BC (talk) 19:01, 30 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
