Allokoenenia is a genus of Eukoeneniid microwhip scorpions, first described by Filippo Silvestri in 1913.[1]

- Allokoenenia afra Silvestri, 1913 – Guinea
- Allokoenenia canhembora Souza & Ferreira, 2022 – Brazil
