Brennan Presley is an American football wide receiver for the Oklahoma State Cowboys.

Early life and high school

Presley grew up in Tulsa, Oklahoma and attended Bixby High School. In his high school career he hauled in 232 receptions for 3,448 yards and 40 touchdowns, he also rushed for 495 yards and six touchdowns. Presley was also an elite cornerback racking up 96 tackles with one being for a loss, a sack, 13 pass deflections, 16 interceptions, a forced fumble, and a fumble recovery.[1] For his performance in his senior season he was named Oklahoma Gatorade Player of the Year after hauling in 82 passes and 1,398 receiving yards and 23 touchdowns, while also totalling seven interceptions along with two pick sixes.[2][3] Presley would decide to commit to play college football at Oklahoma State.[4][5]

College Career

Presley made his college debut in the 2020 season versus Kansas State, where he rushed for nine yards and his first career touchdown as he helped Oklahoma State beat Kansas State 20-18.[6] Presley would have a breakout performance in the Cowboys bowl game, where he caught six passes for 118 yards and three touchdowns, helping Oklahoma State to a bowl win over Miami 37-34.[7][8] Presley finished the 2020 season with seven receptions for 125 yards and three touchdowns along with 15 rushing yards and a touchdown.[9] In week four of the 2021 season, Presley would have a good performance, racking up two catches for 53 yards and a touchdown, as he would help the Cowboys beat Kansas State 31-20.[10] In week eight, Presley would have another steller performance, bringing in six receptions for 84 yards and two touchdowns, but the Cowboys would fall to Iowa State 24-21.[11][12] In week thirteen, Presley would have a huge kick return, taking one to the house for a 100 yard touchdown, as he would help the Cowboys beat rival Oklahoma.[13][14] For his performance on the week against Oklahoma, Presley was named the BIg 12 Special Teams Player of the Week.[15][16] Presley would have another amazing performance in the team's bowl game, where he hauled in ten receptions for 137 yards, as he would help Oklahoma State beat Notre Dame 37-35.[17][18] Presley would finish the 2021 season with 50 receptions for 619 yards and five touchdowns, along with 36 rushing yards and a touchdown. Presley was also a good kick returner, returning 12 kicks for 392 yards and a touchdown.[19] For his performance on the season, Presley was named second team all Big-12 as a kick returner.[20][21] In week five of the 2022 season, Presley would have another steller performance, racking up eight receptions for 86 yards, as he helped Oklahoma State beat Baylor 36-25.[22] In week eight, Presley would continue to perform, bringing in six passes for 60 yards and a touchdown, as he would help the Cowboys beat Texas 41-34.[23] In week twelve, Presley would have a great performance, hauling in nine passes for 118 yards, but the Cowboys would fall to Oklahoma.[24] In the Cowboys season finale, Presley would continue to be great, racking up five receptions for 77 yards, while also rushing for four yards and a touchdown, but Oklahoma State would lost to West Virginia 24-19.[25][26] In Oklahoma State's bowl game, Presley would have another good performance making six catches for 74 yards, but it would not matter as the Cowboys fell to Wisconsin 24-17.[27][28] Presley would finish the 2022 season with 67 receptions for 813 yards and two touchdowns, while also rushing for 12 yards and a touchdown.[29] Presley would be named preseason first team all Big-12, for the upcoming 2023 season.[30][31]
