TJ Storment is a professional Football player from Statesville North Carolina[1]

Professional career history

TJ Storment went undrafted[2] in the 2022 Draft but later attended NFL minicamps for the Baltimore Ravens,[3] as well as the New York Giants.[4] He was invited back to the Ravens camp without a contract. Soon after his time in Baltimore, Storment was signed by the CFL Saskatchewan Roughriders. [5]

2023 professional career

Storment was drafted first round by the DC Defenders in the XFL 2022 Draft.[6] After starting in DC's first three games at offensive tackle, he was then traded to the Orlando Guardians. Storment's last game of the season was week 7 the Orlando Guardians defeat the DC Defenders. Following the game he was placed on the reserve list due to injury.[7]

Poker career

Storment also competes as a professional poker player. In November 2022, Storment won WSOP (World Series Of Poker) circuit event Ring while at Chocktaw Casino in Durant Oklahoma. Player Profile[8]

College career

2017 Season- Old Dominion University

Storment was a Redshirt Freshman at Old Dominion University. 2017 was the only time in his college career that he saw action as a right tackle and did so in 5 games.

2018 season – Fullerton

Storment completed his sophomore season at Fullerton College. During the 2018 junior college season, he claimed first-team All SCFE Honors. ( Southern South California Football Association |[1] )[9]

2019 season – Colorado State

Storment moved on to complete his Junior Season at Colorado State. Storment started in all 12 games at Left Tackle.[10]

2020 season – Texas Christian University

Storment then received an offer from TCU, Texas Christian University. Throughout the Pandemic year, Storment appeared in nine games in his season as a Horned Frog. After close-contacting COVID-19 in week one. Storment completed the year with seven starts at left tackle. TCU was 5–2 with him as the starter for the final seven games of the season. Storment earned the honors of second team All-Big 12 by the associated press.[11]

2021 season – Texas Tech University

Storment followed TCU offensive coordinator Sunny Cumbie to Texas Tech for the 2021 Season, starting 12 of 13 games at Left Tackle, including the 2021 Liberty Bowl, in which Texas Tech won the bowl game against[12]Mississippi State and former Tech legend Mike Leach.[13] [14] [15]
