Chris James Hardman, (born August 26,1990) is from Lowestoft, England. He performs under the pseudonym Lil' Chris - a reference to his slight stature (4'11).
Musical career
Chris was the main star on the second series of Gene Simmons' Rock School. During the show he met many people like Suzie Quattro and Ray Hedges. He, and the band Gene Simmons had formed, fronted Judas Priest in California. Not long after Ray Hedges signed Chris for a recording contract and started to work on an album. He released his first single "Chicken' It Out" on September 25, 2006, which reached #3 on the UK chart. On December 4, he released a self-titled album, which featured 12 tracks and included his debut single (Checkin' It Out) and Gettin' Enough??. He is currently signed with RCA Records in the UK.
Television Appearances
- On the second series of Rock School which aired in the UK in January, 2006.
- As a guest presenter for The Beat on the BBC World Service as part of BBC Generation Next. [1]
- On an interview on Comic Relief Does Fame Academy as part of a charity fundraiser on the BBC he admitted to Jake Humphrey that he was a Norwich City FC Fan.
