Ultimate Iron Man

Ultimate Iron Man (Tony Stark) is a Marvel Comicssuperhero. Created by Mark Millar and Bryan Hitch, he first appeared in Ultimate Marvel Team-up but appears most frequently in The Ultimates.

Like his original Marvel Universe counterpart, Ultimate Iron Man (AKA Tony Stark) is plagued by both a drinking problem and a life threatening illness, in this case a brain tumor. He is also an extremely wealthy business tycoon and inventor. Millar chose to imbue Tony's character with an air of arrogance, and he ends up reading more like a thrill seeking playboy than a scientist, as he does in the 616 universe.

Recently, Ultimate Iron Man asked Ultimate Black Widow (Natasha Romanova) for her hand in marriage, she accepted.
