Roy C. Lewellen

Roy C. "Bill" Lewellen (November 18, 1951 – March 21, 2023) was an attorney and state senator in Arkansas.[1] A Democrat, he served as senator for ten years from 1990 to 2000 and was the Arkansas' second African American senator.[2][3]
