Whitestone, Warwickshire
Whitestone is an area in Nuneaton, North Warwickshire, England. Originally the site of a farm, the "White Stone" is still visible to travellers on Lutterworth Road, outside a group of shops. Whitestone is today a housing estate and the local Infant school bears the name "Whitestone Infant School". The Junior School in the area is called Chetwynd Junior School, part of which burned down in the 1999/2000 school year.
Whitestone is also the place of residence of Thomas Colley who, on 23rd March 2007, hosted a particularly incredible House Par-Tay where the participants drank to the memory of Slash the Guinea Pig who died earlier that day. Michael Dolan gave a memorable and heartwarming speech. It later turned out that somebody had eaten the ham. This was rumoured to be Matthew Moore, but the evidence was inconclusive.
