RFC 4180 does not mention spaces outside quotes

The chapter Basic rules states;

  • According to RFC 4180, spaces outside quotes in a field are not allowed

The actual RFC 4180 does not contain such a claim. The word "space" is mentioned in RFC 4180 only once:

"Spaces are considered part of a field and should not be ignored."

None of the mentions of "quote" in RFC 4180 support the claim that "spaces outside quotes in a field are not allowed".

Conclusion: The wrong claim "According to RFC 4180, spaces outside quotes in a field are not allowed" should be removed.
