Fort Bowyer

I would propose that we integrate this article into the article on Fort Bowyer, for two reasons. First, there were two battles of Fort Bowyer in the war of 1812. The article on Fort Bowyer has the first , and a reference to the present article. This article has the second, and a reference to the first. Putting the present article into the article on the Fort would make clearer the connection between the two battles. Second, one comprehensive article beats two partial articles.
