I don't know how to make proper IPA symbols, but it should be mentioned that the pronunciation of this town's name is unusual: die-ee. You read the first three letters as if it were the word for artificial colour, and then read the last two letters as if they were in "sea". New category

How is a new category created? I have attempted to create a new category called "Category:Municipality of Skagway Borough, Alaska" (for this and other articles, since they no longer apply to the former "Category:Skagway-Hoonah-Angoon Census Area, Alaska" with the departure of Skagway) and am not entirely convinced that I have succeeded in doing so.
