The classification of the Dutch Schroefstoomschepen third and fourth class is not completely right yet. The Watergeus-class sloop clearly resembled a British sloop. The Vesuvius-class sloop, Samarang-class sloop and Pontianak-class sloop were similar in size and crew to a British gunvessel (not a gunboat).Grieg2 (talk) 11:22, 20 December 2019 (UTC)Grieg2[reply]
