Rock Band is the next planned released game by Harmonix Music Systems and Electronic Arts, expected to be a breakthrough by allowing multiplayer capabilties (online capable as well) with up to four players using different instrument-based peripherals: lead guitar, base guitar, drums, and microphone. It is planned to be released in the holiday season of 2007. [1]
