Didn't realize there was a microscopic colitis article, merge? Still spurious classification in the medical literature, in my opinion.

Diet to help prevent Collagenous Colitis flares

[edit]

Diet can largely effect the outcome of collagenous colitis flares of pain and watery diarrhea without any warning. I am not a doctor but am a patient and have been for many, many years. A biopsy report years ago included a section on foods and drinks that should be avoided to help prevent diarrhea and pain. The following are some of the items listed: raw fruits and vegetables, nuts, caffeine and carbonated drinks.

I would like to see an updated report on this subject by a professional. I’m not positive that carbonated drinks was listed on my biopsy report. I have misplaced my biopsy report. Submitted November 23, 2021 Thank you, Sharon R. 104.139.101.73 (talk) 02:14, 23 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]
