Fursan al-Aqsa: The Knights of the Al-Aqsa Mosque is a first-person shooter video game developed by Nidal Nijm Games, an independent Brazilian-Palestinian game studio. The game was first released in 2021. The game is notable for its direct engagement with the Israeli-Palestinian conflict and for allowing the player to enact the 2023 Hamas attack on Israel.
Developed by Nidal Nijm, a Brazilian game developer of Palestinian descent, "Fursan al-Aqsa" was created as a personal project aimed at bringing attention to the Palestinian perspective of the conflict. The title was removed from Steam in 2021.[1]
