Safety

It seems like the owner company, JOYY is headquartered in Singapore. However under the controversy section of the article it says "In June 2020, the government of India banned Bigo along with 58 other apps of Chinese origin..." which implies it is of Chinese origin.
I am not sire if it is of Chinese origin or not. DashDashUnderscore (talk) 17:12, 5 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
