Nevada Gaming Commission is the Nevada agency responsible for overseeing casinos in the state of Nevada.

Commission members are appointed for the full time positions. Generally, the commission is the final approval for state gaming licenses required for casino operation. The commission also writes the regulations that actually implement the Nevada gaming statues.
