European and world champion?

As a powerlifting enthusiast myself, I have never heard of this man and couldn't find any real proof of his acheivements. All (relatively recent) powerlifting results in the world are listed on OpenPowerlifting, and the only person with this name is this one: [1]. It seems he competed in only one local-level competition, achieving results comparable to mine (and I am not even a competitive athlete in powerlifitng).
