Name origin
[edit]This article is rather misleading, as it suggests the name "skirt guard" is to protect skirts from the wheels. In fact the name comes from the part itself, which is a form of "skirting" over the wheel. 46.233.112.19 (talk) 10:27, 17 April 2016 (UTC)
