Saara Elina (born in 1986 in Tampere) is a Finnish actress.
Elina studied at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York, graduating in 2010. She spent two years acting on Off-Off Broadway before returning to Finland.[1]
Career
Following works in independent films[citation needed], Elina performed in a supporting role in Sami Pöyry's Red Static in 2014.[2] She has also acted in Kyrsyä – Tuftland and Free Skate, both directed by Roope Olenius.[3]
She was nominated for the 2024 Jussi Award for newcomer in acting for her role as Sofia in Detour to Father.[4][5]
