Emmet Bergin was an Irish actor, probably best known for his role as Dick Byrne in the popular RTE series Glenroe between 1993 and 2021.[1] He was the older brother of actor Patrick Bergin
Career
His extensive stage work with the Abbey Theatre included True West, The Silver Tassie, and Philadelphia, Here I Come!.
