Request reason:

I was blocked for a week for "disruptive edits", which seems to be a mistake, as I don't know how attempting to start an AFD (for Wrightspeed X1) as an anonymous user counts as disruptive. Equally as confusing is Nutsa Buzaladze, where I changed the expat category to an immigrant category, which is more accurate as the subject took up permanent residence in the US (she has since moved to Dubai.) She is even in California's Wikiproject, so I don't see why we shouldn't change the expat category to immigrant category. Now the block has been extended to three months. I don't see why my old vandal edits should be added into the equation. I seem to have been blocked again because of this edit https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Wikipedia:Administrators%27_noticeboard&diff=prev&oldid=1196506204. I have no idea why it was removed, as I wasn't being outright anti-Semitic, I was just asking if it would seem anti-Semitic if I did something. So I would like to appeal the block. Appealing again because of the extremely inappropriate and downright aggressive decline I got, which I've reported to ArbCom. I'm here because UTRS told me to come to my user page. If this is rejected again for being a range block, may I direct you to this quote from the block message: "Users who are the intended target of a range block may still appeal the block." And to the person who said the range wasn't blocked for disruptive edits, it initially was.

Please include a decline or accept reason.

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
