Daniel Levy (born February 8 1963 in Essex) is the current Jewish chairman of Premier League football club Tottenham Hotspur. He took over from Sir Alan Sugar in February of 2001. He is also Managing Director of ENIC plc, a sports, entertainment and media group. He was formerly a director of the Scottish football club Glasgow Rangers, in which ENIC held a significant stake. ENIC also holds stakes in clubs such as Slavia Prague, Vicenza, and non-football companies such as Warner Bros.

Daniel Levy is widely regarded as having had a significant effect on the recent relative upturn in the fortunes of his boyhood club, Tottenham. A life-long fan under his chairmanship the club is back in European football and he has made a number of astute buys and made a number of clever appointments, including the head coach Martin Jol. After a few difficult years in charge, Levy is now well-regarded and respected by the Spurs fans, and by Jol, who has often publically praised the support he has received from the Board.

Levy is married with 4 children, the eldest being 17 year old Josh, Ollie being 14 and two young daughters. He is the only Premier League chairman who has a first class degree from Cambridge University.
