Which article are you evaluating?[edit]

I am going to evaluate OMORI's wikipedia page.

Why you have chosen this article to evaluate?[edit]

I've chosen to evaluate this page because it is heavily intertwined with my chosen topic; it was created by OMOCAT, who is the artist/studio I am meaning to create a wikipedia page about. I want to use OMORI's page as a reference for a well-written, existing article about similar subject matter.

I am interested in researching OMOCAT and her game OMORI because it is a game I feel passionate about, and OMOCAT is an artist I feel very inspired by.

Evaluate the article[edit]

Lead section: The beginning section of OMORI's page is strong, giving basic details about the game, its release, and its general plot. There are a multitude of linked pages and citations.

Content: All the content is organized well, and relevant to the game.

Tone and balance: Multiple reviews and opinions of the game are covered in the "reception" section of the game, and in other sections, the information is presented in a neutral way. There is no aim to persuade the reader in a certain direction, simply just factual data.

Sources/references: Nearly everything is marked with a citation supporting it, and there is a wide range of references provided. Sources are relevant and most are recent, from the past 5 years or so.

Organization/writing quality/media: All are professionally done, and represents the information well.

Talk page: The article is labeled as "good". I've read through the talk section of the page and there is relevant discussion and communication regarding the article's content.

Overall, the "good" label of the article is well-deserved; OMORI's page is well-written and informative, with no glaring issues.
