Not replaceable with free media because (WP:NFCC#1)	It is forbidden to take pictures and/or videos at Japanese concerts, hence there aren't many fanmade photos. The man kept a private life and never posted pictures of himself on social media. There is a lack of clearly labelled Public domain/Royalty free pictures of him, too.
Minimal use (WP:NFCC#3)	This photo will only be shown at the top of the artist's page to show what the man looked like.
Respect for commercial opportunities (WP:NFCC#2)	The picture is several years old now. Surely what media want to buy are more recent pictures of this man.
Other information	The subject of the photograph has been deceased since: October 19, 2023
