Proposed deletion of Jack Rankin (British politician)

My apologies, this is my first wikipedia article. I have now found and included 11 references about Mr. Rankin from a variety of local newspapers and other sources like the BBC and RBWM register. If this is still insufficient, please let me know/ turn the page back to a draft while I find more sources. Assuming that is okay, I have a high quality photo ready for the infobox but it can't be posted due to a vandalism rule I beleive. Do I just need to mention this on the talk part of the page?
