Objection to deletion.
[edit]This topic was already suggested several months ago, and was considered, but the article was maintained because roughly half of the sources include verifiable, independent, and reliable news video/text describing the organization and its notability.
Organization is known for two efforts, one which failed, and one which succeeded.
A tag would be more appropriate for this issue.
