The Championship Mixtape is a new mixtape by Ghanaian rapper Sarkodie, released on 24 May, 2024.[1] The mixtape is a six-track mixtape which was kicked of with BRAG[2].
Background
The mixtape was released on May 24, 2024. Prior to the release of BRAG which is the second song on the mixtape, rappers from Ghana and Nigeria battled themselves including Lyrical Joe, Don Itchi, and Dremo among others from different African countries.[3] Sarkodie's 2022 album 'Jamz' featured King Promise, Black Sheriff, Inkboy, and other artists. He also toured Europe.[4]
Commercial Performance
The mixtape has secured the number one spot in Ghana and Sierra Leone and is also charting in a range of other countries. [5]

The Championship Mixtape is a mixture of trauma, survival, success, loyalty, and longevity which featured Joey B, Xlimkid, Beeztrap KOTM and was produced by Fortune Dane, Altra Nova, M.O.G Beatz.[6]
