Who is Wally Darling? Wally Darling is a character in the 1970s television series, Welcome Home ARG, one of the 9 neighbors that lived in The Neighborhood. He is a mysterious figure who attracts players with his unique charm. He has an alluring voice, a gentle personality, and a handsome appearance, which have made him an ideal object of affection for many players. His eyes are droopy and his mouth resembles that of a cat, devoid of any teeth. Notably, he lacks both a nose and eyebrows.
