Sayeed Ansari[1] is an Indian journalist, news anchor, former Radio Jockey (RJ) and currently Executive editor at Aaj Tak, which is owned by India Today Group. He host Prime time show 10 Tak and Vishesh. He is a recipient of Naarad Award in 2018,[2] and received Exchange4Media Award (ENBA) in 2018.[3]

Early Life and education

Sayeed Ansari was born in Madhya Pradesh,[4] India in May 1979. He did his schooling at Kendriya Vidyalaya, Delhi and his BA and diploma in Mass communication from Indira Gandhi National Open University. MA in Mass communication from Guru Jambheshwar University of Science and Technology.

Career

Ansari began his carrer in Doordarshan worked as News anchor, RJ and translator. Later he joined Sahara Samay as a news anchor. After 4 years he moved to ABP News and then to Star News.[5]
