all IPs are on the same location (Chicago) [1][2][3][4]. All IPs are use to violate WP:AGF, WP:ASPERSIONS in a form of WP:BLUDGEON at Talk:Marianne von Edmund. The sockpuppeteer is previously ban for edit warring Warm Regards, Miminity (talk) (contribs) 03:02, 19 June 2024 (UTC)

- Accused parties may also comment/discuss in this section below. See Defending yourself against claims.
- My only thought would be whether the IP is also the one who dropped the slur. - Cukie Gherkin (talk) 17:28, 19 June 2024 (UTC)
Clerk, CheckUser, and/or patrolling admin comments
There's no doubt that all the IPs are the same person - they've continued the same (disruptive) conversations on as if they were the same person. It's no secret. It's why myself and other admin have been choosing page protection over blocking. Unless someone can connect them to some other disruptive editor/sockmaster or something, there's probably not much to be done here. They're not returning to the IPs or anything, and the problem areas, so far, are protected. Sergecross73 msg me 16:48, 19 June 2024 (UTC)
- A partial block from the particular pages of disruption for the range (IP range calc currently spits out special:Contribs/2600:1008:b000::/41) is another viable solution, but there's no full blocking here with the other activity on the range, even the more limited special:Contribs/2600:1008:b030::/45 and /64. Kind of surprised we don't have a Verizon Business block in place like we do Tmobile and AT&T. I trust that Sergecross73 has this handled appropriately otherwise. - Yeah, I'm not opposed to other action, but the page protection by ferret and I has pretty much halted the disruption for now. I plan on keeping an eye on it too. Sergecross73 msg me 23:12, 19 June 2024 (UTC)
