Joe Scaife was a music producer and engineer in Nashville who produced many mainstream country hit records over a 25 year span.[1] Scaife's career was defined by his ability to find the perfect song to match with a quality act that had not yet been discovered. He is most noted for K.T. Oslin's "80s Ladies", Billy Ray Cyrus'"Achy Breaky Heart", Gretchen Wilson's "Redneck Woman" and "Here for the Party".[1]
