Bad Blood is an upcoming professional wrestling pay-per-view (PPV) and livestreaming event produced by WWE. It will be the fourth event in the Bad Blood chronology, and held for wrestlers from the promotion's Raw and SmackDown brand divisions. The event will take place on Saturday, October 5, 2024 at the State Farm Arena in Atlanta, Georgia.

Background

On July 6, 2024, the American professional wrestling promotion WWE uploaded a YouTube video featuring Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes and American rapper Metro Boomin, where they officially announced the return of the Bad Blood event, set return on Saturday, October, 5, 2024 at the State Farm Arena for the first time since 2004, marking its return after 20 years.[1] The event will air on pay-per-view worldwide and will be available to livestream on Peacock in the United States and the WWE Network in most international markets, and it will feature wrestlers from the Raw and SmackDown brand divisions.[2]

Storylines

The event will include matches that resulted from scripted storylines. Results were predetermined by WWE's writers on the Raw and SmackDown brands,[3][4] while storylines were produced on WWE's weekly television shows, Monday Night Raw and Friday Night SmackDown.[5]
