Manimuthu (transl. Mani and Muthu) is an Indian Malayalam-language television drama.[1][2] It premiered on 19 June 2023 on Mazhavil Manorama everyday and streams on ManoramaMax.[3][4]
Plot
Krishna a. k. a Kannan, a farmer in Maravathoor village is in love with Radhika, a dance teacher living in the same village. They during a rainstorm at night seeks shelter in a deserted building and accidentally sleeps together in each other's arms. Unknown to both of them Radhika becomes pregnant with Krishna's child. Later Radhika falls into a river, gets swept away, goes missing and Krishna thinks that Radhika is dead. But she was alive. Later Krishna moves to Thiruvananthappuram city, becomes an accountant at Kavya's father's jewelry shop and marries Kavya. Muth is born as their daughter. Unknown to Krishna, Radhika gives birth to the daughter of Krishna and names the child Manikkutty. Seven years later, Radhika suffers fron brain tumor and comes to Thiruvananthapuram in search of Krishna, to hand over their daughter Manikkutty.[5][6]
