Landulile Cathrine Dlamini (born 8 January 1962) is a South African politician and the current Member of the Legislature in the Mpumalanga Province as well as MEC for the Department of Education in that province. She is also the former mayor of the City of Mbombela.

Dlamini has been a councillor for the Ehlanzeni District Municipality since 2006 until her appointment as the mayor of the City of Mbombela from 2011 to 2016, and from when she became one of South Africa's Parliament members.

She is now serving as Member of the Mpumalanga Executive Council for Education, appointed by current Premier Mandla Ndlovu
