Nevada Air National Guard emblem - .JPG to .SVG

Article(s): Nevada Air National Guard
Request: A good .svg candidate, it seems to me. The version on the left, with motto, can be seen on the Nevada ANG LinkedIn (https://www.linkedin.com/company/nevada-air-national-guard). The version on the right, a higher definition file without motto, was already on Wikimedia. I also notice the file already on Wikimedia has a different colored sage branch behind the hawk.
