C claims no knowledge about what X is.

Q. Logically which one A, B or C is free from the burden of proof?

A. C

A provides one source for a view which is also accurate.
B provides many sources for a view but none of them are accurate.
C has no opinion, reads A's and B's opinion but does not know which to believe.

Q. Logically on which one A, B or C is the burden of verifying evidence?

In wiki logic B wins every time The burden is always on A and the importance of C's neutrality is mocked. Until wikipedia is governed by Logic I can not write here anymore. I hear some of you say something along the lines of Hurray! If so then by your own thoughts you are identified as enemies of logic.
