Akkapong "Earl" Ninsom is a chef and restaurateur in Portland, Oregon. His Thai-focused[1] restaurants include Eem, Hat Yai, Langbaan, PaaDee, Phuket Cafe,[2] and Yaowarat,[3][4] some of which have been recognized by the James Beard Foundation Awards.[5]
Early and personal life
Ninsom was born in Bangkok,[6] and relocated in Portland, Oregon.[7]
