FK Leotar (Fudbalski klub Leotar) is a football club from the city of Trebinje, Republika Srpska, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Founded in 1925 in the Kingdom of Serbs, Croats and Slovenes, the club served as the training ground for many players who went on to notable careers elsewhere. Still, despite sizable fan support all throughout its history, Leotar never managed to gain promotion to the top Yugoslav league.

Since the early 2000s, FK Leotar is a member of the Football Association of Bosnia and Herzegovina and is playing in the Premier League of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The club's home ground is the Police Stadium (capacity: 8,550).

FK Leotar became the champion of Bosnia and Herzegovina in 2002/2003 season, and that year Leotar play in qualifications for UEFA Champions League (defeated by Slavia Praha in the second qualifying round). That is the biggest success in Leotar history. The fans of FK Leotar Trebinje are called Tigrovi.
