Hannah Tointon

Hannah Tointon[1] (born 28 December, 1987 in Southend-on-Sea, Essex) is an English actress. She attended "St Hilda's School" for acting, along with her older sister, Kara Tointon.

Over the past weeks there has been strong rumours circulating linking Hannah to "rock'n'roll" singer David Stevens of The Yeboah-Fowler-Cotterills an up and coming indie 3-piece who are already making headlines in the music press.


Filmography

Hannah Tointon's first appearance was in the CBBC hit sitcom Kerching where she played Tamsin who was, even though she had a boyfriend, the love interest of the main character Taj Lewis. However, she only stayed in this part for one series out of four. She's in Hollyoaks with Devon Anderson who played boyfriend Taj in Kerching.

Her next television part was in the series Star 2003" where she played the character Billie. Following this she played Celina Johnson in the British police TV series The Bill.

In 2006 she appeared in the TV series Murder City where she played Bethany Williams in the episode "Just Seventeen".

Tointon's next appearance was in Dream Team [2]where she played Savannah Caskey. She then went on to appear in New Tricks as young Anita Walsh. She was also an uncredited concert goer in the film Just My Luck. She then went on to play Annabelle in Genie in the House. She played Maxine Brogan in Doctors (BBC soap opera) in February 2007.

On the 30th April 2007,Hannah made her first appearance in the British soap Hollyoaks. She plays "Katy Fox" who is "Warren Fox"'s younger sister. Justin Burton took a liking to Katy as soon as she entered the village but soon changed his mind after finding out she was Warren's sister

Hannah attended "Mander Portman Woodward college" for a short while, studying art before she quit to accept the Hollyoaks role.
