Because I Love It will be the third studio album by American R&B singer Amerie.
Because I Love It has been two years in the making. Originally set for an Autumn 2006 release, and originally called "None of the Above", the album has seen some changes to its original idea. After many delays, the album is now close to being completed and released in the Summer of 2007.
According to KBS Global, Amerie will give her first concert "2007 Amerie Love Korea Live Concert" in Korea, May 24–May 25 at the AX Hall in Seoul.[1] The concert is being sponsored by Pearl S. Buck International Korea, the foundation for people of mixed heritage, and all proceeds from the concert will be donated to the foundation. Amerie will meet people for whom the foundation works, and will invite them to her concert as VIPs. During her visit, the singer will give interviews, meet with journalists and hold autograph-signing events.
Amerie also appeared at G-A-Y at the London Astoria in London on 21 April 2007, in one of her first shows in London and Europe to promote "Take Control" and the new album.[2]
