Vibha Parthasarathy (born February 14, 1952) is an prominent Indian educationist. She is the former Chairperson of the National Commission for Women.

Background

Vibha Parthasarathy was educated at Cambridge University and Boston University. She became Principal of New Delhi's prestigious Sardar Patel Vidyalaya


National Commission of Women

Vibha Parthasarathy was nominated by the NDA government as the Chairperson of the National Commission for Women in July 1999. Her term ended in 2002.[1]
