There is spam in this page, such as the reference to a company easy access ramps in the text of the page, that is not being cleaned up

The information in this article is incorrect. At no time does ADA recommend a slope of 2:12. (9.5 degrees of incline). Most Power Wheelchairs can NOT even handle that slope. This mis-information has put people in danger!!!!
