             Celtic History

- Celtic History starts out in about 10,000 B.C, when The celts first appeared, in Ireland. In the year of 500 B.C, The celtic had a great army, of men and women, the women were as strong as the roman soildurs, and the men were stronger, one day they took their army and ships and sailed of into Europe, they took over many countries in Europe; Britain, Germany, France, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Rome , Albania , they took over most of Europe and settled there for 150 years. The romans made up a plan and then chased the Celts back to Ireland, but after 150 years, Some countries kept the Celtic language the Celts left behind. And then The celtic people were no longer simply Irish, but then Celtic ment, Irish, German, Spanish, French, Portugese, Greek, Roman, Albanian and more, although true Celts originate from Ireland, there are the German Celts, Greek Celts, Roman Celts and more. But if you claim to be Celtic, you must mention if you are Irish Celtic ( true Celtic ) Greek Celtic, or others. Soon enough though, the world went into medieval times, and religions popped up everywhere, The Celtic were mostly Catholic, but some were Protestant, and they bgan a war with each other, a war that lasted for many years. The war ended in the years 2007. It lasted nearly 1000 years. The celtic invented Hip hop in the 1980's , and brought it to North America, where many Americans started hip hopping themselves. Celtic people also invented beer, and the world seems to have forgotten the celt's great accomplishments. Celtic cultrue is dying fast. Many people forget their Celtic roots and refer to Celts as Irish, both names are correct but It's more polite to call people from Ireland Celtic.
